Oh! Looks like I'm starting the presentation.
Hello everyone!
It's been almost a decade since I wrote an update here.
But now I'm here. Ready to take care of everything new that's been added in this latest development of this project...beta?
I have no idea who wrote all the stuff you want me to say, but it's a mess.
Although, to my shame. I didn't add many of the things I wanted to release in the update, which is currently not considered a demo anymore!
Time to talk about everything that's been added in version 2.0.
Story expansion through Week 2 with all 3 available routes.
This was one of the most time-consuming to complete because I had to adapt everything to the new systems implemented in the game.
However, to add some dynamism. I added a group system for this week.
You'll decide which group you'll join to perform different activities in the club and, at the same time, be able to interact with others instead of just the character you chose.
Although there are few interactions with some characters, things will be fixed in the future to better fit the route, especially once I finish these first 3 routes and begin the rest.
At the end of each day, you'll also have a special event with the route you chose, although it's up to you to accept that offer or not.
I forgot to add its variants as in Week 1, but I wanted to implement this entire update and give you the content I promised.
I'll try to add this missing story in a future patch. I promise.
New features:
Open beta world.
A decision-based map has been developed that you can control yourself to determine where you want to go. I haven't added much because it's a beta and developing a map for the school is probably in the distant future unfortunately. But it fulfills the necessary functions for what you'll see later.
Job and Side Quest System.
Money is important in this world these days, especially if you want to make friends with your new friends! That's why a job and side quest system has been added (four of them available).
The jobs are designed so you only go on weekends, so they don't overlap with your club's events and lose energy.
Energy? Yes, the character will depend on an energy level that will decrease as the player makes a decision throughout the game (currently, it's only included in side quests).
In the future. I plan to add certain job events that can determine your job performance level. This will primarily affect how much money you can earn (you can even earn extra money, but it's still in development, I hope so...)
Functional Shops.
If you played the demo, you'll have noticed that there were shops where you could purchase items for future use.
Now all three are available for you to use properly.
To avoid giving you spoilers. I've added some messages in the game indicating the purpose of each action in the cafeteria. So try to save as much money as possible to progress through the game!
There are three shops in total: a day cafeteria, a night cafeteria, and a mystery shop.
How do I activate this mystery shop? During each end of the day, you'll have a certain probability of activating it, but you can also bypass this rule by completing mission 3 in the side quests section.
UI Improvement.
I've improved the main menu with smoother animation, along with new scenarios that will be seen in-game, although most of them are blacked-out for now.
I've also expanded the dream events the protagonist can have, so you can better understand the story this character has.
CTC Icons (Click to continue).
Each main character of the club will have a personalized icon every time they speak, which will better differentiate them and give them a symbol behind them. It won't just be the text, eh?
Rewrite of Ryo's route from week 1.
There's been a major change to Ryo's character. He'll no longer be so temperamental and irascible when talking to the protagonist or other characters. He'll still have a certain hatred for his opposite species, but he won't show it in such a hostile way.
And in Week 2, this will be expanded upon much more with the new event that was triggered by him (you'll know more about it once you play).
And what else?
Well...
I don't remember exactly what else I'd add.
But this is the main thing I had in mind to present.
It seems like little, but I wanted to add more content, but that would take a lot of time, and I'm currently busy with other projects related to my personal life.
I could say that new music has also been added, and even some sounds have been added every time you hover the mouse or interact with an option, but it's something simple.
But if possible, maybe I'll add something in a future patch.
I've been planning to add a few details that crossed my mind, but I'll need some drawings for them.

I promised you a week 3, but I couldn't make it, but I will do it in the future, and I'll be able to show you all the new content when the time comes! Expect a new dynamic like in week 3, that's for sure.
What will you do now?
I'm putting the project on pause (again) to focus on my studies.
I'm already in the final stages of my degree and I don't want to lose focus on it, since most of my time has been spent coding and adding the final touches to this game.
But with this finally done, I'll be able to rest better and focus on my studies.
I wonder what my future will be like once I reach my professional stage?
Who knows, maybe I'll even program something big and smart with the ability to support everyone!
The future isn't set in stone, but we always have to stay positive.
These are my last words in this new update, and I'd like to write more.
But all my creativity is running out, waa!

Quick Update:
While I was checking the files I noticed some errors I missed and there may be more.
In any case, please let me know in this section!
Fixed:
- Option accidentally enabled in the Mystery Shop for Mission 3.
- Error preventing access to archive 6 in the gallery.
- Fixed a bug that prevented you from purchasing more desserts even after using them.
- Fixed a bug that caused you to be incorrectly redirected to the morning shop when you purchasing a meal.
Added:
- Images in the Jobs page section (It's just a simple advertisement for my friends in discord 😊. You can click on them, but they will only redirect you to their corresponding games but with a confirm screen before of that).

really loved this update and how much was added, plus got to see more of kaito being a cutie, really love how their relationship/bond has developed and it feels very real and deep which i love, so im definitely excited to see where all of this continues
I loved how expansive it is.. though i do hope saves dont get wiped in future updates like with this one, cause i can definitely see as the story grows and that expansiveness continues it becomes more and more tedious to get where you were before
i'm not gonna be mad if the vn takes longer to update, because there are other vn to read and i know devs have their own life to take care. So i'm gonna say keep up the good work for the vn and good luck on your studies mate.
